I really want to leave it behind me so I hope it will be the last post about bad customer service. I saw myself as potential customer but not anymore...

Part 2 of this story will be about email they are sending NOW to Betfair users still on their email list.

Here it is:

Dear betfair user

Lately I sent you offer to test new Bfexplorer PRO 2:

Many of you already trial Bfexplorer PRO before so when attempting to login one receive trial expired notification.

If you want to trial Bfexplorer PRO 2, please send me email that you want to trail Bfexplorer PRO again. If you use Technical support window and I am offline, please read the following article:

So...do you believe they learned their lesson ? All I did was asking friendly for a new 5 days trial to be able test PRE-RELEASE version of Bfexplorer PRO 2...I did it AFTER they send me email about this PRE-RELEASE version !

Have in mind what he said to me yesterday...

I receive quite a lot of emails similar to your one, and from my experiences it is just wasting of my time to reply on 99% of them. So you will help me to get rid of such betfair users.


Why ? Are you curious about my first email to him ?

Hi Henrik,

I must say, that I am quite embarrassed that I am from Slovakia now, because I have not seen a customer service guy this arrogant before. And from my own experience it is quite common in those areas. I now live in UK, so no probs with customer service here. Also, I do appreciate this article, as I was about to pay for the subscription, but I am not going to do it, because I do value your opinion and what he did is just using his app authority beyond what is a good manner.

All the best and I am looking forward to your new article.

I appreciate your comment indeed. I thought everybody should know about this guy and what CUSTOMERS means for him...

It's quite funny when he says:

and next day he is spamming people still on his mailing list with message:

I was stupid enough believing I was going to HELP him when I was ready to test his PRE-RELEASE {NOT FINAL} version of trading software...well..enough said LOL

Slovakia is great but people like Stefan Belopotocan can be found anywhere....

That's exactly what I mean. Customers are his (the word begins with 'b' and ends with 's') and that's why I chose not to give him my money.

Hi Henrik,

It's not really a massive surprise to me that you have felt the need to bring this to light. I also corresponded with Stefan briefly and realised quite early on that subscribing to his service would be a big risk. As my programming skills are basic good support was a very important part of the deal, and it was clear that this was not something he can offer. To be fair Stefan's products look very good and has some great features but it's just not an option for anyone expecting decent support.

I will probably be making a post soon about my experiences. Currently trialing MFPro and it is very good, 7th version will be the icing on the cake for me :)

I said it before, people at WellDone seems to be very service minded, friendly and helpful, nothing bad to say about them.

I also expect alot from MFP v 7.0. wish it was ready soon, at the moment I do it with some help from VBA and Excel/Gruss BA...
